Paxel, a tech-based delivery company disrupting last-mile challenges in Indonesia, is looking for Product Manager based in Jakarta.

The successful candidate will responsible for taking business requirements, translating them into technical requirements and communicating them to development and implementation teams.
The product manager investigates, selects, and drives the development of products for an organization, performing the activities of product management.to develop innovative ideas based on customer insights to drive the company’s products forward and increase the profitability of existing products.

Job Responsibilities :
•  Identifying customer needs, developing strategies to meet customer demands, working with other departments, as well as monitoring the progress of new products.
•  Suggest workable solutions to development teams with consideration for product requirements, positioning, and customer requirements
•  Explore new ways of improving existing services and products as a way of increasing customer experience
•  Lead meetings with other personnel periodically and presents his/her strategies, findings, and projected goals for product improvement.
•  Coordinate product releases with the marketing, sales, development and service teams
•  Answer product related inquiries

Requirements
- 3+ years’ product development experience in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of the market and industry
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT or Marketing 
- Excellent Planning & Organizing skills
- Strong motivational skills, especially when it comes to leading a team
- willing to experiment with new ideas, and at the same time be creative
