Senior IT Business Analyst

Role the Senior Business Analyst:
- Uncover the goals, needs, and opportunities for improvement
- Discover, document and analyze business processes at varying levels of detail
- Elicit requirements from a diverse set of business and technical stakeholders
- Analyze and document requirements using graphic and text based techniques (activity diagrams, use cases, user stories, etc…) to create requirements deliverables
- Manage, communicate, and represent requirements throughout the life of a project
- Evaluate a solutions ability to meet the needs of the business and deliver value.
- Analyze the impact of technical and non-technical changes across an enterprise
- Collaborate with a business analysts working across various projects to ensure requirements quality and avoid missed requirements
- Mentor and manage junior business analysts
- Write documentation SRS, FSD, UAT
- Working with Software Testing to make sure deliver reliable software features

Requirements:
- Quick learner, independent starter, and problem solver.
- Good verbal and written communication skill.
- Have a strong analytical skill and able to give solution to business problem and requirement.
- Having good knowledge and experience in Software Requirement Engineeringincluding requirements analysis, specification, validation, management and use case modelling.
- Understand Software Development Life Cycle process.
- Excellent in creating documentation and diagrams.
- Able to work under minimum supervision

Preferred:
- Experience in at least 2 project delivery cycle.
